The man that i dealt with at this pawn shop was lower than rude...He didn't speak or engage in conversation at all, except when he snarled after i asked him if he wanted me to push play on my dvd player and he responded with a horrible attitude,"Well i have to see it play for a little bit!" I was trying to pawn a Samsung 3D Blue Ray player with touch screen and he would only give $10 for it!!! I paid over $75 for my DVD player! I will never go there again! Buyer Beware! If you want a good pawn price go to Beneficial Pawn & Exchange! The only reason i went to AJ'S is because Beneficial is closed on Wednesdays!
I haven’t bought anything from them yet but have been in there 3 times and i always get a good vibe. People are helpful and will help u find what your looking for if they have it. Just might go back today...
Says they are open but I think they have closed down. Owner was super rude. They told me to come in and the door locked up. I call he says he is there. You do the math.
MArtin and his employees are the nicest people ever. Been doing business with them for ten to fifteen yrs. Mind you, never pawn anything you cant afford to pay out. Or pay your interests and keep your items. I greatly respect these people and their staff. Dont get any better than them.
This is the first time in a while I have dealt with a pawn shop since the one I normally did business with closed. I was nervous and my anxiety was extremely high visiting this pawn shop and left disappointed but that was out of everyone control. I will not disclose the details that caused the disappointment because that is a private business matter, but I am willing to overlook it in the future and try to do business with them again in the future. As for the way I was treated, they tried treating me with respect and didn't look down upon me as like a leech just pawning something for money. I have the respect is given when respect is earned thought. I didn't really know how I looked to them, but I was in a business personality to try and cover up my nervousness and anxiety, but I do have a very nice personality which can shine through. The guy that I was dealing with probably could see that, and also see that I was not trying to have a nasty attitude with him and I was also trying not to be rude. Plus I was basically also trying to get a feel for the place since it was my first visit there.
