I made my first visit today to pick up some silver rounds and it was a great experience. Jeff and Tyler were welcoming, friendly, and patiently answered all my questions. I look forward to visiting regularly and I'm glad we have a quality coin shop like this in Memphis.

I've bought and sold coins at A Coin and Silver shop a handful of times over the last year or so. I have always had been happy with the prices I received while selling and also while purchasing. A few days ago I had the opportunity to visit a coin & silver shop in Memphis TN. I have zero experience in precious metals. However I purchased some silver coins from a online business called mercari. You've heard the saying about a fool and his money. I was that fool. I took the items that I purchased online to have them inspected. I sat down with a young man that turned out to be very knowledgeable in precious metals and collectible coins. The took the time to explain that the coins were fakes. Then he took the time to show me what to look for when purchasing coins and silver collectables. He turned out to be knowledgeable far beyond his years. He took all the time needed to answer my question and because of his experience he was able to find value that I couldn't see. As a result I left the store in much better shape than I was hoping for. Instead of a really bad day, I walked out a happy man with over $1300 in my pocket. I can't speak highly enough of that young man and the store. I will definitely be back.
