I bought something from them online. They subsequently cancelled my purchase with the reason listed of "customer request", which I never requested. And I never heard anything more from them. This place.....if there is anything akin to "do right by the customer" on their list of priorities, it is WAY down that list. If you have any choice who you deal with, I would suggest NOT going with these folks.

I took in over 6 ounces of silver coins today. They offered me $120. Silver is trading at over $70 per ounce. I would have accepted any fair offer but $120 was ridiculous

I have made a couple purchases from this business with no problems. I had 1 issue with an item I purchased being mislabeled and once I brought the item back and presented evidence of why it was mislabeled the staff took care of me no questions asked and provided great customer service.

I tend to be given a lot of things. I end up often just trying to give things away to people I feel will use them. I took two nearly new Royals jackets to this location, and they said they don't accept clothing. Fair enough. I then took a bluetooth headset that was new, and they don't accept those either. I end up walking down the street to Mustard Seed Thrift Store and give the items away. They seem happy to get them. I was recently given a ton of Xbox 360 games, and even though this place sells them, I just feel like they will tell me they won't take them for one reason or another..so I'm not even going to bother.

My wife pawned our rings to get me a bond. Made payment to keep from losing the jewelry. She got hers out last week. She didn’t have enough to get my 24 gram 22 kt gold ring out that was pawned for 400.00. I was really upset and worried that it would be lost. She went in paid off her ring and retrieved it and was assured that my ring had been extended for 2 weeks. When she returned she was told my ring had been sold and nothing could be done. They said they don’t do extensions. They only do “ courtesy holds” either way she was assure there wasn’t a problem but kept and sold my ring anyways I feel there was intent to do this for their profit with no regard for our loss. I think this is bad business I would never do this to someone I was a very special ring to me and they were made aware that we’d never want to lose it.
