I would highly recommend them great quality work. I had it made and 4 days later. She had it done for me.

Staff is always helpful and very knowledgeable. This is my go-to jewelry and coin store. Lots of variety and amazing prices. Edit* at Kristens Jewelry store again. Had a repair done that others said they couldn't do, the ring turned out amazing. Had a consultation with Kristen to help me design a ring around some loose diamonds i had. I am so happy with turn out. Thing ring is so beautiful.

I originally went into Kristen’s looking to upgrade my wedding ring. I looked around at a handful of other jewelers, including in the KC area. It didn’t take long for my husband and I to decide that we wanted to purchase from Kristen’s. Their staff were so friendly. I told them what I was looking for and they made exactly what I wanted. Although it took longer than originally anticipated, they kept me updated on the status through the whole process. And the price was half of what I would have paid elsewhere! Super friendly, knowledgeable staff, eager to help and great prices! Highly recommend and we will be going back there! Cynthia and Kristen were amazing! Can’t say enough good things about them!

We can’t recommend Kristen’s Coin and Jewelry enough! We bought our engagement ring and wedding bands here, and they made the whole process so easy and special for us. Cynthia was amazing — she helped us so much and took the time to really figure out what we wanted and even design it together.
