I've been ordering from JP's Corner for a few years now, mostly for coin collecting supplies. They consistently ship quickly, package items well, and so far have not made a single mistake out of dozens of orders I've made. Definitely 100% satisfied. They're my go-to place for any coin capsules or other supplies.
Watch out when ordering from their website. They move things around to deliberately try to get you to ordered their not so popular items. If you email them they will NOT respond. You have to call if you need help. They refused to work with me. I will never buy from them again for as long as I am in business. When my daughter takes over the family business, she will never order from them ever again. Luckily I found a new supplier who has better prices then JP’s corner and is a lot more friendly.
I've been so pleased with the quality of the supplies I've ordered from JP's Corner. The products have been very carefully packaged for shipping, and the turnaround between order and date received has been excellent. I wish I had discovered them sooner!
They happened just today. I was about to leave the coin show in monroe city today and noticed they had several different supplies I was interested in. I picked up an album and asked "How much are you guys asking for this?" The guy snidely replied "A ridiculous amount!" and basically blew me off. We spoke how the manufacturer has had issues and whatnot. After that I had to ask again how much it was because I did want to buy it from someone local. He finally told me but the whole ordeal really pissed me off due to him being disrespectful. I don't know who this guy is or what his problem was, but he needs to work on his customer service and mutual respect for people, especially people who are potential customers. This is the exact reason small businesses fail and force people to buy online. Do better, man.
