Watch out when ordering from their website. They move things around to deliberately try to get you to ordered their not so popular items. If you email them they will NOT respond. You have to call if you need help. They refused to work with me. I will never buy from them again for as long as I am in business. When my daughter takes over the family business, she will never order from them ever again. They happened just today. I was about to leave the coin show in monroe city today and noticed they had several different supplies I was interested in. I picked up an album and asked "How much are you guys asking for this?" The guy snidely replied "A ridiculous amount!" and basically blew me off. We spoke how the manufacturer has had issues and whatnot. After that I had to ask again how much it was because I did want to buy it from someone local. He finally told me but the whole ordeal really pissed me off due to him being disrespectful. I don't know who this guy is or what his problem was, but he needs to work on his customer service and mutual respect for people, especially people who are potential customers.
