Had good service twice going there. Called 7/21 to order something. Was told it would be there in 2-3 days. I called a week later and talked to Chris. He said he wasn't aware of it said he would have it there in a couple days. I waited anothe week called, a guy said he would call me back with the details. They all just left me hanging. Not happy at all.

Excellent experience with them. Bought silver rounds from Costco to explore the precious metals world. Wanted to sell them because I needed to cash out. This place treated me right. I had no idea what I was doing and the gentleman that served me did not take advantage of my stupidity. Didn't catch his name, but Thank You.

Parking is next to building. You need to be buzzed in through the door to the desk. Prices are comparable to other sites. Positives: Staff are knowledable and fair to work with. I have confidence that the silver I buy is legitimate as they test all products with highly sensitive equipment because they also create medical grade products. You also get to take possession of your metals right away rather then waiting if you buy online. Negatives: Product selection is much less then buying from an online retailer like SD bullion, Money metals, or others. I have made 3 purchases here and will return. The only reason I rated 4 stars is because you run the risk of having limited selection options which is mostly based on what they take in.
