I love this place! Evan and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable and a great to work with. They can accommodate any of your bullion needs, and know a lot about numismatics. The store is filled with tons of cool historical artifacts and I have a blast everytime I’m in looking at all the interesting items. I have both bought and sold gold to Evan and he always gives fair and transparent pricing. Awesome small business, don’t waste your time going anywhere else.

I’ve been going to this store for the last 9 months and admittedly I have not dealt with the Pawn Man himself but my 5 star review is for his business and employees. It is the store I bought my first coin from and it is the store I continue to visit even after visiting many stories across the metro. His employees have been nothing but fair to me in conducting business; that’s made me keep coming back. I can’t recommend the store enough, and I appreciate the kindness I’ve received from staff especially after dealing with some other shop owners! Also staying opening that extra hour from 5-6pm is great!

Our helper here was courteous, mild mannered, and no-pressure. We received a fair offer for our silver and coins; better than two previous offers elsewhere. I would definitely refer to them and use them again.

My grandma and I stopped by a few gold shops, but we really liked this one because everyone was super friendly and kind. We got exactly what we wanted, the whole process was quick and easy, and they gave us a really great price. It was a great experience doing business with them! Oh we also got some moon cakes from them.. 😍

THIS IS A GREAT SHOP. This is first place I have been that I always seen give good price when they buy and are a great place to buy from.

Max paid me 65% of Spot Gold Value for 14K and 40% of Spot Silver Value for Sterling Silver. I questioned him because this was not what was quoted to me before driving to the store. Later today, I called competitors and they said they are paying 72% for 14K and 60% for Sterling Silver. *I told him that I had called last week and was quoted 72% when Spot Gold was actually lower. There shouldn’t be a huge variation when I checked with competitors within an hour and Spot Gold and Spot Value were still within 1%. I have always been paid by check by competitors and was surprised that you paid with cash.

Over the years I've bought silver from Saint Louis Park Gold and Silver on a number of occasions, and sold silver to them twice. Every experience I've had with them has been fantastic. They are professional, extremely knowledgeable, and super friendly. Just this morning (1/15/2026) I stopped in to sell some silver, and buy a couple ounces of gold, and couldn't have had a better experience. When giving a quote on how much they'd pay for my silver the gentleman said they were currently paying six dollars back of spot for rounds. He then immediately apologized that that had to be the case, and explained why that was the case in the current market, and how he hated having to do it. The apology was completely genuine, and his explanation was completely honest (As someone who keeps closely up to date on the silver market I knew everything he was saying was correct. Dealers have to be paying way back of spot in these extraordinary, and volatile times in the silver market.) In short, Saint Louis Park Gold and Silver is the best bullion shop I've been to in the Twin Cities. I highly recommend them.
