Had a bundle of apple products in good condition to sell, and the price they offered for 2 apple homepod minis, and a smart apple tv streaming box was so laughablely low I felt disrespected. I was offered $65 for all three items when 1 mini pod speaker alone can be found for $99 refurbished on ebay, when showed the price online the guy at the counter didnt so much as adujust the price offered. I understand they need to make a profit but im pawning it for a reason too, id like to be able to make more off of the high value items I own. They definitely do not offer the highest prices compared to other shops

Alex was awesome today. Helped me out with the sale of some jewelry that needed to happen. Kind and compassionate and engaging. Really appreciated the kindness on a hard day. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Thanks again Alex!

Bought a Yeti Nano from them for below market price, they have a good return policy and fair prices. The salespeople are very helpful and honest about condition of items. I will come back from time to time.

Matt and his Coworker were fantastic! I called ahead of time for a VR headset and they promptly checked their inventory and even had it ready on their back counter for my visit later in the day! As soon as I came in, they greeted me and helped me as a first come first serve deal and it was very quick! I felt like a valued customer, I will be coming back for more goodies in the future!
