first off, customer service is terrible, the attitude of this lady over the phone before i came in was insane i asked a simple question and got a nasty response, i came in with quite a few expensive items and she offered the lowest prices ever “the best i can do is 35 dollars” for an xbox series s with the box, nothing wrong with it at all and the only thing she could say was “ebay says this” no it doesn’t i checked offering 2 dollars for a game that still costs 170 on ebay to this day! do not give your items to this store you will be lowballed so badly!— Gauge Klassen, Oct 2023
