not a fan of not having item ordered over 6 weeks after saying in stock then sending only part of order and cancelling the rest including the free silver.

Poor customer service. I was told one price and the charged even more and said there was nothing they could do other than returning the item

These people are the worst. I have one item on backorder that I expect them to cancel and I had a great deal on a half ounce gold piece that they canceled - I presume because spot price went up - and they gave some silly excuse about why they cancelled rather than admitting the truth. Do not trust these people. Wanna bet they wouldn't let you cancel your order if spot dropped suddenly? They are DISHONEST. DO NOT BUY!

The worst possible company to buy from, ripped me off for over $800 and told me to deal with my insurance agent because it isn’t their problem that my package never showed up… nothing but crooks and liars

Wish I had read the reviews on this company before I placed an order! It was my first purchase of silver and my shipment has now been delayed 4x! I had been told it was “in stock” and would ship within 3-5 days! All I get from them is a “sorry ‘bout that.” They couldn’t care less and obviously it’ all about the $. Let the buyer beware with these guys!
