I have had great experiences with their auctions and supplies over the last 20+ years. On the rare occasion that there had been a problem with an auction lot, refunds have been made promptly & without question. Staff has always been friendly to me. People that are unhappy with offers for their collections should not blame GV ... US stamps issued after 1930 or so are rarely worth the face value. Best to collect for the fun of it!

Big disappointment. Bill seems ready to retire and offered .01 per stamp regardless of the value. He mentioned needing .24c per stamp to process and sell. I would suggest he had little interest in my visit with a minimum of 5+ stamps worth between $15-$300. Bill glanced at them and offered $0.01 for those as well. As I said, big disappointment and at the same time, I respect a desire to retire and maybe he is more focused on selling the business with an overstocked inventory. Idk, just offering the experience and future engagement would be limited.
