I was recommended by a friend. I dealt with a guy named Joe he was very friendly and professional. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. I highly recommend The Gold Guys.

By far the best I have seen. We went to 2 shops to make sure the offer and process are legit. The Gold Guys was so professional and honest throughout the transaction. We ended up a few thousand dollars more with the Gold Guys, the first dealer we went to classified the gold incorrectly and was trying to short change us by about 4k! The gentleman at the Gold Guys ( Maple Grove branch) was polite, honest and took the time to explain the whole process. It made me felt at ease, its not just selling the gold, it’s gold that was passed down to me from 3 generations, so it was an emotional experience. I would highly recommend the Gold Guys!

The representative at the Maple Grove store I dealt with was Austin Moe. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and kind. I also felt that he gave me a very good price for the items that I wished to sell. The store was clean, and I found everyone in the store was very kind, fun, and considerate. Did my research and landed on Gold Guys - Maple grove location. Was a bit hesitant on going in because I had small children with me. Joe made us feel welcome with his gestures of hospitality. He was informative and was able to answer all my questions quickly putting me at ease. I end up selling my items, had a check in hand and also gained knowledge & advice. Pleasantly surprised.. never have I thought I would walk into a place with a number of silver coins to sell. I walked out with a check in a fairly painless process. Easy to work with and no I probably did not get full value for it. I believe they pay 90% of spot and 92% of spot in some cases, but I was still pleased. Was not in an emergency situation looking for cash just had some coins I wanted to move on while the value was high. I would recommend.
