Awful customer service. Kept pushing back the date I was supposed to pick up my necklace which was already paid for but that’s not even the worst part. I would call and be told that it was ready for pick up then show up and be told it’s not there. This happened two days in a row. I called this place to bring a couple coins, so someone could look at them for me. See if I wanted to sell them when I got there. Whoever the guy was started yelling at me. I don’t look at coins for free. I am a businessman but the guy that answered the phone and told me to go ahead and bring them up there. Visited today to drop off my coins for grading. The people in the store were very friendly and helpful. Good deal on junk silver. Very helpful to send the coins for grading as most other stores in the area do not have or do not want to do it. My first time to this LCS but definitely will be back.— BC, Nov 2019
DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! I hired them to be the liason with PCGS to have my coins graded. They moved locations and said my coins were shipped to their old address. Then they asked me for my drop-off receipt and pictures of my coins because they lost my coins. One week later, they stated they found them and they were sent to NGC by mistake. I demanded to know all of the tracking correspondence per my bill of rights. They said they would, but so far, I've received nothing, and they have stopped answering my phone calls. It's been 3 months since they took my coins to be graded. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!! I have yet to get my coins back.— Nathan Henkel, Nov 2024
Usually the best buy price. But know what it's worth before you agree to sell. I got 10% more at the pawn shop just west of Mike's. 1st time it went that way. He said I could try different places and come back. I'll always start with Mike, but.... know the value.— Mike Inmichigan, Aug 2024
