I am new when it comes to dealing with pawn shops and I must say I picked the right one for my experience. I have been to this location several times and each time has always been pleasant but my last visit showed me that great customer service still exist. I came across an issue with one of my items and once the policy was explained to me I was prepared to take the loss and move on but when I say the General Manager Demiris turned my loss into a win!
