I stopped in for the first time this morning. I arrived at 11:30 and observed prominently on the front door a sign which said back at 12. It is now 12:30 and the place is closed. I also called the phone number prominently listed on the door which says call for an appointment. I called the number and hung up after nine rings. They say time is money and this visit is wasting my time. During my one hour wait in the parking lot multiple customers came and went. At this time I will take my business elsewhere.

This store has everything you'd hope to find... and more. My best friend wanted to stop to ask Mike to price his coin collection. They successfully did their business then I could finally ask if what I saw on a shelf was what I wanted... petrified wood. For a very reasonable price my childhood loss was remedied. Thanks, Mike. We will be back. *later on* I was impressed several months ago... but today I was blown away. The young man who turned 13 today was over the moon by his gift, thanks to you. I've made sure everyone in his family knows how great you are! See you soon.

My friend and I (who happens to be African American) went to the shop on 01/18/2026 and my friend wanted to sell some silver coins he had inherited. The first problem was when we went in the man, maybe owner, ignored us for 28 minutes while he was dealing with someone else, no welcome in or I'll be with you soon, just solidly ignored us. Once he finally acknowledged our existence, he gave the lowest ball price, not even close to spot prices. When my buddy tried to negotiate and explain the price of silver at moment, he asked my friend where he had "acquired" the said coins. After my buddy explained that his grandad left it to him last year, the owner basically accused him of stealing them and that he would need some kind of authentication. Now I've been there before and sold silver and gold there before and I was (I'm white) never asked to provide anything, not even an ID card. We didn't say a word after that because we could tell he was trying to get a reaction from us. I won't call him a racist but I won't not call him discriminatory. And the whole time he made sure to point out the pistol he had on his hip and the rifle right next to him behind the counter. Garbage person who doesn't deserves to have a business. Finally went to Metro pawn in New Haven who gave a very fair price and wasn't disrespectful and racist.
