Not a place I would consider or recommend to buy or sell any type of jewelry its a joke what they even try to offer one lady didn't even bother weighing up the gold hand weighted and said estimated three grams.And try to offer me a hundred dollars lol 😅 😆 bad business

Asked for an estimate on a few high end coins and was told they buy coins and were interested. Send photos and details of what I have, then was told they would only buy them for the value…..? But you buy coins right? This is misleading, they are basically another gold and silver place. The coins I was selling were valued at 300+ but the silver value $20. If you are a gold or silver buyer just say that don’t disguise as a coin buyer. Waste of time.

Nice store pretty smiling faces but Pay very low to buy jewelry half or less of melt value if ur looking to sell your jewelry for a fair price look elsewhere Don't be fooled into selling do ur research & get other quotes

I met with Hannah regarding some items I was considering selling and she was wonderful to work with. I feel the prices were reasonable and it was just an overall great experience. The store is lovely with an amazing inventory as well. Would highly recommend.

stay away from them if you're trying to sell any gold or precious metals!!! they only offer at max 40% of spot price and that's highway robbery, you could get better offers at your local pawn shop, and MUCH better offers from actual gold dealers and coin shops! I took my gold down the road and was offered over double. their equipment also is not the most accurate, as they tried to say a couple items were well below their stamped purity and had to re test them to get an accurate reading!

My husband and I decided on Jensen’s to purchase a band to add to my wedding and engagement ring for the birth of our daughter. Tara was so fun to work with and had the best personality. We never felt rushed to make a decision and she is extremely patient. While it’s convenient since we live in the area, it’ll also be our first choice from here on out!
