These people were extremely rude to me when I had called and asked a question and never got loud with them. But they sure did get loud with me If you're going to buy a video game console from these people be sure to ask in very very great detail everything about what you buy from them because they will use it against you to cover their it butts. I had bought a PlayStation 5 God of war bundle off of these people it came with the God of war redeemable game digitally that was not scratched off but when I scratched it off it said it was already redeemed. I brought this to their attention they decided to tell me I should have asked if it came with a game even though a quite clearly says on the front of the video game console box that they randomly just grab out of the back room they said, and put the council in it so whatever you buy from these people it is not in the original case don't believe what it says on the box you must ask every question even though the answer should be right there in front of your face this place is terrible The guy called me in I'm not going to say because I want this review to be posted but use your imagination. and if you people want me to take my post down then you need to come correct and make this correct otherwise it stands and so will all of my other people who have done to your shop will be giving you reviews now because they are unsatisfied as well.
Rude disrespectful and a rip off i try to pawn these people a ace tuf monitor 27" TV they offer me 30 bucks ok how much if i sell it he said 30 buck I say ok ill just pawn it for the 30 but I also ask why the price was so low and what service they use to price things the guy said ebay they love using the ebay line so in the middle of me asking these questions he denied my service and sent me out the door so I look the TV on ebay service they say they uses it is up sale for 135 use the stand sale for the TV sale for 30 bucks ok this doesn't add up so I look on Amazon TV sale for 155 to 200 use just to let yall know this is a 400$ TV brand new people like this need to stop so I call up there to make a report I ask for the the manager. He said OK act like he went to going to get the manage switch he voice up it was the same guy that gave me the sales and offers on the monitor acting like he was the manager and when I explained everything to him I should have known It was him because he disregard everything.I was telling him like if he was there as soon as I start telling him the real prices of the tv and everything then he revealed that he was the same person and he didn't want to take my tv because I was arguing with him when I was simply trying to figure out how they price their goods turn out i was right i and up going some where else and got 50 bucks 20 more of what he was trying to low ball me on at cash exchange pawn shop know your worth of your product because these people at these pawn shop will rip you off and get an attitude when you challenge they price services poor services at that

Great shop, fair prices. What people have to remember is your item is used and this is a business, they have to make money also. They try their best to give the best possible price and to help you out. I’ve been in and out of there for years and it’s saved my bills or gas quite a few times. Times a tough, they understand sometimes you don’t want to part with items so their are very sensitive to your feelings and trying to give the best price they can.
