Mary Gail and Brian are the best! I brought in 3 broken necklaces to be fixed and my mom's thumbprint charm to be engraved late on Saturday afternoon. By Monday afternoon everything was ready! My necklaces looked brand new and my mother's charm was perfectly engraved. Thank you both for the best jewelry service! Looking forward to future visits!

I wouldn't give a one star but there's nothing lower. I dropped a unique watch off to have the 3 batteries replaced because it was loosing time. Supposed to be done the next day. Left it over the weekend. It wasn't ready when I came in. Remarkably fixed it in about 5 to 10 minutes. When I brang it back the next day because it was still loosing the same amount of time. He asked me when I last had the batteries changed. REALLY. When I told him he did yesterday he suggested it was an internal issue. I can't believe if he did change them he would not have remembered it from less than 24 hrs earlier....
