First time pawner! Had some old jewelry and needed to make any money that I could really so called them and they were super nice over the phone so drove the 20 minutes there. I went in thinking I would only get 100.00 he looked at what I had and said I'm try to get you as much as possible, he told me to put everything on the counter and he would check it all out. They tested everything and to my surprise he said $1850.00 I then said can we make it a even $1900.00 he said yes. The customer service I received was top tier. I feel as if they tried to give me the best price possible for my gold and silver coins. I'm satisfied and extremely happy. Walked in with low expectations only for them to be raised.
