Closed. I went there and the guy was rude. I walked in and ge told.me they were Closed indefinitely.

I drove out of my way to go here an the man who waited on me was rude didnt give me full attention mocked an cocky about my coins kept walking away like not interested in waiting on me didnt even look at my coins.I felt like total disappointment how he made me feel my coins weren't worth his time ! I had a 1oz silver dollar he only gave 32.00 An grabbed 2 half dollar $7.00 each for them only gave me $40.00 my math 32 +14=46 it was a very disappointing an to be treated so rudely an the other workers just acted like they didn't care either just stared an rude! I wish I wouldn't of left my. 3 coins i feel like I got played ! Saying wanting silver well i had 1oz heavy silver dollar coin and felt so out of sort with the way I was treated my bad for giving that emotion but excited thinking I have many coins but to be treated like that I should of just have left an not get played on my 3 coins worth more but I'm upset wit myself for not doing it differently and just left not let him play me !I feel more upset for being treated like that an feel mistreated I don't put up with that I was just beside myself .Customers are important for business shame on your rudeness

Recently my family and I all went on a treasure hunt for silver coins for my husband's upcoming birthday. We came across the Coin Cove after a quick Google search, so we paid them a visit. Turns out they have only recently re-opened and are still setting up the store and item stock, but we didn't mind and the staff was very welcoming. I was surprised to see such a variety of items in a place in which I assumed would only handle coins/precious metals. They had fossils, gemstones, collectable figurines, and antique jewelry as well as coins and precious metals. The staff was incredibly helpful in assisting my husband with picking the perfect gifts, and they even went checking through unboxed stock to find specific pieces. We spent a good chunk of time there, we enjoyed the conversations, the knowledge of the staff, their shared joy in the collectibles, we left feeling grateful with their patience and kindness while we treasure hunted their shop. In the end we found the perfect group of coins, and we were given truly fair prices. If you are looking for a great coin and collectibles shop, I highly recommend you visit the coin cove and see what they have.

My husband and I have been in a couple times and we have had great experiences with Jimmy. Looking at some bad reviews I would like to comment on. First there is a bad review by someone with the same name of my husband's.. Jimmy I hope you know that's not us! We live quite a distance away but have learned by trial and error that this is the store to do business with! Next someone says they buy low and sell high. I'd like to point out they buy at the current value of gold and silver. If they are not able to make any profit, how can they keep the store open and keep utilies on! Next, this is a family owned store. Call ahead to make sure they're open before heading out. Things happen, things come up and if they do sometimes it may affect the whole family. I'd give a galaxy of stars to them if I could. They made us feel like friends instead of customers.

I recently had the distinct pleasure of visiting Jimmy at the Coin Cove. I had inherited a collection of coins, silver, and baseball cards and wanted to have the entire lot appraised. I had heard many positive things about the team at Coin Cove, particularly regarding their knowledge and appraisal expertise. I was truly impressed with the appraisal results and, as a result, decided to sell the collection to Jimmy and his team. Thank you to Jimmy and everyone at Coin Cove for a great experience.
