Good customer service
They lie about taking bows and says they can’t sell them but has them in the store poor customer service and people don’t know what they are talking about and lie to customers

Brought a Gucci 2700.2.L to get looked at/priced. Nobody inside knew how to get the back off to verify authenticity, they took it in the back for like 10 minutes and all I heard was loud banging. When I got the watch back, there’s multiple huge dents in it now that were 100% not there before I walked in.
Total con. Unbelievable what they expect you to believe so I took a very rare uncirculated perfect condition and earlier in Ypsilanti I was quoted $300 but thought I would shop around. Believe me I did my research and I'm telling you if you do business with these people you can kiss your integrity goodbye and you can join their company because they have no integrity in the first place. These people are terrible
