Timeless Treasures

Always a great experience! Beautiful pieces and displays that always have something new to look at. Anytime I'm looking for something specific, they have a way of finding it. Very friendly, helpful, experienced, knowledgeable. I went in looking for a specific type of earring I couldn't find anywhere. They found me exactly what I was looking for! Unique pieces, one of a kinds, handmade, quality, name brand, precious metals, a little bit of everything.

I've had nothing but great experiences with Timeless Treasures in Augusta, Maine. Every employee has treated me with honesty, respect, and professionalism during every transaction. They are incredibly knowledgeable and always take the time to explain the differences between various coins and bullion, making it easy to make informed decisions without feeling pressured. Whether you're new to precious metals or an experienced collector, I highly recommend Timeless Treasures. Their fair pricing, expertise, and outstanding customer service have earned my trust, and I'll definitely be shopping here for all of my future precious metals and coin purchases.

I have had numerous great experiences with this business and the employees. They are all very knowledgeable and take the time to answer my questions and never make me feel like I am a bother to them. It’s quite the opposite and they will typically go out of their way to help. I have witnessed this first hand while browsing around the showroom. The most recent purchase was fantastic and I had a really good conversation about the current market prices. One of the biggest reasons I keep coming back is due to their level of services provided and the fact that they remember me and greet me warmly. All employees are honest, experienced and great to deal with. Keep up the great work Team!

Came in to get a few things priced and was pleasantly surprised when the owner gave me the best price for my coins I have ever got! I was so impressed I bought by some of the guns I didn’t want anymore and again best prices for my inventory I have got! Plus the attention to me has been unmatched! They answered all my questions I had! Store was busy but I got the best deal and best service I have ever had. Family owned and operated Maine local business I would strongly suggest you check this company out. They have all your ammunition and gun needs also a vast knowledge of coins and paper currency as well as jewelry!! 10/10 one of Maine’s best businesses I have found and will continue to do business with. Thanks again all the staff and the owner for making it such a great experience! See you soon

They'll buy your jewelery - scrap value... make sure you ask for a receipt, you might get taken advantage of - especially if you look like you don't know what you're talking about. Overall they seem relatively fair, but like any metal buyers, they're gonna try and make a buck where they can. Overall a decent store to visit.
