I went to bring my ring for a resize maybe 3-4 months ago, asked for an estimate before they worked on it but was told it might be a week or two. Every time I called for an update from then on they said "it's going to be this much is that okay?" and estimated it might be done by the end of the week. I called yesterday and they got back to me maybe an hour later and said it was ready, and I got my ring.... which looked just awful and rushed.

Dropped off my watch to be fixed in October in November got it back they didn't fix both bands cost me $28.00 took it back to fix the other side was told I would get it back before Christmas tried to call the person who was fixing it for the last 2 weeks got no response.i got a call today from them and was told they didn't get both bands which is a lie I have people who can provide proof that they in fact they did get both bands to fix,so here we are January 8 still not fixed and I have to buy more bands cause they kept my other bands I will differently will not go back there and will not recommend to anyone should go there

I love this little specialty shop with a large inventory of gems, jewelry, mineral specimens and more!!

I purchased two Maine tourmaline rings from Kim and after a few months of having them the stones became loose and one fell out. I brought them in and she assured me that she’d have them repaired and that her jeweler is new and still learning. 8 months go by and no response after trying to get ahold of her at the store. I was finally able to get my rings back after 8 months of her holding onto them and she lied about sending them out to her jeweler in NH. I love to shop local, however after this awful experience I will never be buying from here again.

Best gem shop ever! Definitely stop here and support this local business. Thank you for my pretties!! I can't wait to wear them!

Went home for the weekend (Belfast) and knew I had to stop in here. My first job 14 years ago was at Perry's Nut House and I remember making payments on a pair of watermelon tourmaline earrings for my mom for Christmas that year.. the staff was amazing, Kim is great as always, and both the other ladies were wonderful too. I had a very good conversation with the younger lady (wish I'd gotten her name!). Being almost 30 now I have been wanting to work on an altar. I knew I wanted labradorite but I was unsure of what else I was 'supposed to have'. She told me to choose what I felt drawn to and it was the best advice, ever, honestly. I got a few pieces I felt a connection to. Then I had to go back great next day because I couldn't stop thinking about a watermelon tourmaline necklace I had seen. Will definitely be back. Of course :)

Wonderful crystal shop about 20 minutes from Camden, Maine. Extensive variety of stones and jewelry. A must visit!

So much to see, absolutely amazing, owner is extremely knowledgeable, incredible history incredible inventory lots of stuff to see and touch. If you can imagine it you're probably going to find it in here. Very low pressure sales and willing to answer lots of questions. Truly something for every occasion! And something for every age!!
