Poor customer service from the lady working in the front it’s bad business to listen to AirPods and singing while assisting a customer with a deal. Left This establishment and visited another shop in white plains and had a much better experience and they got my business and offered 2x the amount of money this shop offered . Do better guys
I had such a wonderful experience here. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I called before hand and they took the time to understand what I was looking for in getting a jewelry cleaned. Their customer service is absolutely top-notch — kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so well taken care of, but they really went above and beyond. Highly recommend this store if you’re looking for quality and exceptional service. My engagement ring got damaged in a doorway and the setting was left at an angle. It was a mess. Jimmy was able to repair my ring and make it sparkle again. I’ve been wearing that ring since 1980 and now it’s back on my finger again. Thank you Jimmy!
