Sold a couple of 1 oz Gold American Eagles here. They offered within 2-3% of spot price, which was the best rate I found after calling around. Smooth transaction and fair pricing. I’m satisfied and will definitely be back.
Highly recommend! Knowledgeable, patient, and very fair. I had a decent amount of jewelry/scrap silver/gold and each piece had to be tediously tested. The owner even took the time to provide pro-tips on identifying scrap silver using gold testing acids and show me what different color scratch likely indicated. This was my second time coming to Goldfather to exchange gold/silver for cash. After a disappointing experience at another local exchange--I was so relieved that Goldfather was open to provide excellent customer service and fair pricing. Will definitely be back! The owner is the best and very fair. He will not cheat you and is very honest. I have been cheated and lied to a few times by other buyers. He is always the best.
I go to a lot of estate sales and find a lot of broken gold or flat wear and I’ve went there a few times and had great conversations with him and he gave me way more then i was expecting. U can tell he’s a great guy not trying to get over on ppl. This is the type of buisness i love to deal with.

Previous 1 star review about closing without updating online. After giving them a shot I’m glad I did. A great guy who’s honest and fair. Tough business right now but lucrative for everyone if refineries honor payments.
