Great customer service . Very friendly
Second time I’ve been to the store to buy a product and stop working within a couple of weeks… Unless you have knowledge of what you’re using, and you take apart the item you’re buying to make sure everything is legit and not broke, I suggest you just Save your money and buy your tools from Harbor freight or Lowe’s. PS if you don’t use or find the problem with your product within five days then there’s nothing they can do… You just lose your money… Scam artists… Warning… chainsaws are not reliable.
Here on July 5th trying to retrieve my guitar and they are closed, no sign on the door nothing. Pretty disappointed as I work Mon to Friday and this is the only day I can pick it up.
I go into this store weekly and find great deals. Over 80% of my DeWalt tool collection has come from here. I have also bought several Electronics items here that have been good and reliable. Lastly, they usually have an on-site jeweler working who has fixed a few items for me. Great deals and Friendly staff.
Great staff. As pleasant as an experience could be when saying goodbye to a couple of guitars for a while.
Originally my experience started off rocky… but this owner made it right. He did what he said he would do and more, so much so that I purchased 2 more items from him. I do recommend this shop. The prices I paid were very fair, the items I purchased were a good quality, and the owner even cleaned, polished, and had the jeweler put new lobster claw clamps on the necklace. I’m a pretty tough customer and if I can leave a shop as happy as I did…. Its a place worth returning to and buying from again. I highly recommend this shop.
