I went to this store in Bowie to try and sell my gold pieces. Contradictory to their advertisements, this place will never be honest with the value of your gold and will not offer you the best or decent value for your gold. Yes, businesses need to make some money and profit but taking advantage from sellers is not cool. I immediately said NO to their offer and ran away from this store. There are lots of other reputable places that will pay you more for your gold.
Gold USA is truly a hidden gem in Bowie Town Center! I recently stopped in to get a few watch batteries replaced and was very pleased with their quick and efficient service. One of the watches needed more than just a battery—it was time for a replacement. I was helped by Carmen, who was incredibly friendly and gave off a great first impression. I trusted my instinct and decided to browse with her to see if there was a good replacement option—and sure enough, she helped me find a great piece. I’ve also been on the lookout for a couple of custom jewelry pieces, so I decided to explore some of my ideas with her. I’m big on intuition, and Carmen absolutely proved me right. She was a pleasure to work with throughout several visits, including an additional ring purchase I made with her and the skilled jewelers at Gold USA.
