Worst customer service experience of my life. It was my first time going to a pawn shop and likely my last pertaining to this store. The store clerks were prejudiced and mocked the price value of my item, using eBay. The store is dusty and empty for a reason. They greatly underestimate the value of customer patronage by what items they have. At the end of day, every customer should be treated with respect, with optimal objectivity. These people are very unprofessional and disrespectful. DO NOT even honor these ignorant people with your presence. They only have two stars for a reason!
My first time going there today. I will never go back there again. The reviews were right I think their racist. The Caucasian Women at the register was very unprofessional over the phone and extremely rude in person even tho I was being nice. Then me and her got into it. This is a county pawn shop, looks more like a city pawn shop. I'm begging you please do not go there it will be a waste of your time trust me. They look like their about to go out of business anyway. Going back to the one I been going to also in the county. And I'm going to tell them what I experience at this gold pawn shop
Just terrible, racist shop owners that only use eBay for prices. I went there with a barley used Gucci belt and the lady goes “ We do not accept belts” which I believe to be racially motivated, what pawn shop doesn’t take designer accessories? Overall a waste of time, money
Please if you want to keep your self respect and dignity do not go to this pawnshop the owners are very disrespectful their racist people I’ve always had trouble with them and I continue to go, but no more I can’t stand the disrespect and being belittled and talk down to in my time of need. Please listen to me its other Pawnshops That will respect you and most of all and your time of need won’t take advantage of you and belittle you the woman there always has an attitude I asked her for a couple extra dollars and she told me that I was on food stamps and welfare. It really upset me. I held my tongue. Her husband called me a girl and I asked questions about a laptop one time and they got angry with me their son he’s a nice young man their grandson he saw the disrespect they were doing. He told the owner of the old man why are you doing this? Why are you saying that it’s not true and I told the grandson who would be great one day and he can make the company $1 million business and he smiled the grandson. He’s not racist like the owners if you if you decide not to listen and go to this pawnshop do so at your own risk beware of gold trading center don’t end up like me going to them taking the disrespect for years. Use your brains if a person is racist and disrespects you boy cut them. Do not give these people your money. God bless.
Trying to pick up my property and the store has been closed for 2 weeks. No notes and no call backs to the clients to tell us what's going on. I need my property back now but the store has been closed for 2 weeks with no explanation. Does anyone know what's going on and when they will open back up?
