The entire staff radiates kindness and professionalism—you can tell they truly love what they do! I absolutely loved how warmly they treated me and how comfortable they made me feel throughout the entire process. I was very anxious at first. We brought the ring in to be resized -- not once, but twice (it was big, then too tight). Despite that, they were incredible every step of the way. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely sweet and attentive. The workmanship was flawless, even with the repeated resizing, and they got everything done so quickly! I’m so grateful for their care and skill—I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out!

They had amazing service and helped me get what I needed and order special parts I needed to make my dream come true. Totally recommend I have been coming for a couple years now and there hasn't ever had a flaw! They are the best of the best! Go look for your dream that they can come true. They even have their jeweler on site most days and he knows probably everything there is to know!

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Kent Island Jewelry creating a diamond eternity band. OMG!!! I just picked up my custom new ring!!! I Love it!!! They were so wonderful to work with and made this incredible ring for my 30th wedding anniversary!! This is my original diamond in this gorgeous new setting! The ladies at KIJ are so fun to work with and have great ideas! I had a 10 star experience and my new ring beat my expectations! I don't usually post a review but I felt like I needed to. My husband purchased a wedding ring set that was an estate sale. Beautiful rings they are opal and diamond. Very unique designer rings. I had fallen and my wedding ring pretty much fell apart the opal did. The diamonds were fine. So I needed to replace the large opal in my wedding ring. No problem they had a few for me to choose from. The process was great. They fixed it and cleaned it. My rings were so beautiful so beautiful. So pleased with the process thank you Kent Island Jewlery. They did such a great job!!!!!!
