I came to Gold Fever to replace a grill I’d previously lost, and I really enjoyed my experience here. I’ll definitely be back. The turnaround time was quoted as 3–7 days, so I’m excited to return, test them out, and have Ms. Carmen help me design my next piece! The customer service was amazing and genuinely warm. The reviews weren’t lying — Carmen is the star of the show. She walked me through my design with honesty and real knowledge about the craft. Even when someone tried to rush the process and push me to pay for my grillz before I had a chance to look at the other jewelry I planned to buy (I only wanted to run my card once), she stayed professional and made sure I never felt like I was wasting her or the shops time. I really appreciated that. Vicky/Nicki (the woman who did my mold) was also super sweet — she even gave us candy afterward! I’d definitely recommend this shop so far, and I’ll leave an updated review once I get my pieces.
