Coins and jewelry Navarro

Professional seller, open to negotiation. On February 18th, I went looking for medieval coins from Navarre and ended up buying a beautiful Écu à la chaise of Philip VI of Valois. When I return to Madrid, I'll stop by his shop in case he has anything interesting.

I went on a Sunday to ask about some coins and I got a bad answer and terrible service. He has little desire to work, it's better for him to close the business and retire.

Excellent service and a wide variety. The lady at the store was very friendly, and I'm very happy.

Horrible treatment. I went once and those who attended me did not want to give me a price. They said that they are not responsible for what you ask for and that you have to go there with a price for your jewel, and if it seems good to them, then fine and if not, nothing. They were not at all considerable. I went again with a price idea and was treated unpleasantly. Super edges and because I had mentioned the price I was considering, they even closed the door practically in my face. I understand that what I was asking for may not have been “correct” but even though I told them that I don't know about the issue of gold, I felt quite poorly attended to. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS SITE AT ALL!

I want to publicly state that I have never in my life received such humiliating treatment as I did at this establishment. They made me feel so bad, especially when I was asking for their advice due to my inexperience. I went there to check the value of some coins I inherited from my mother, and as I've read in other reviews, a man (well, "man" is a bit of a stretch) told me I had to bring the price I wanted for them right away. Since I had no idea how much to ask, he gave me a price, and I told him I had to consult with my brothers. From then on, he became completely enraged, throwing me out of the store and accusing me of knowing I was going to other places. Obviously, that wasn't my intention, but it's clear I would never do business with such a person again. If they lack manners and don't know how to work with the public, they shouldn't have a business like this. MY RECOMMENDATION FOR THIS STORE IS ZERO! I hope I receive the same treatment someday so I can understand the shame and humiliation it feels like.
