I have purchased plenty from them since 2004, 99.9% satisfied. I returned one item in 14 years and that was a federal reserve note that was not as expected. As far as cleaning goes what "RAW" coin that is 50 to 250 years old has never been cleaned/wiped in it's lifetime? If it was in someones pocket while they walked an expert with a microscope can say it was wiped/cleaned. If you buy "RAW" coins that very definition should tell you, You're getting what you pay for. I get all my silver eagles from them too, never ever a problem. Fast inexpensive shipping too.
