1st time in my adult life, going to a pawn shop. They were friendly, and showed me the process of how the check for quality of the gold. Didn't expect to get the amount I got, was satisfied and pleased. He walked me to my car, to assure I was safe. I will definitely be back, I have came upon a blessing, so there more where that came from.

I had a wonderful experience at Alpha Gold Exchange Pawnshop! I went in to buy a watch battery, and the gentleman who helped me went above and beyond. I wasn’t even sure of the exact battery number, but he patiently did his best to find the right one. To my surprise, he refused to charge me at all for it! His kindness and professionalism really stood out, and it’s rare to find that level of customer service these days. Highly recommend this place, thank you for the excellent service!
