I can’t believe I didn’t understand the woman but I exchanged $500 usd and she gave me $340 euros what a scam that a $100 mark up. Beware!!!! 😭

AVOID AT ALL COST. YOU DON’T NEED TO EXCHANGE THAT BADLY. I sincerely wish Google would allow reviewers to give business a zero or negative number rating because this place deserves to be the first recipient. We feel scammed, cheated, and robbed after exchanging money here. In addition to the fees, their exchange rate allows them to make almost a 200% profit. It’s just insane and I don’t know how they’re even allowed to operate. I will also be reporting them to the BBB.

The rate for Euro is around 1.4 !!! Around 60 cents more than outside money changer. Charging me more than $300 USD to buy their Euro! If you’re in Boston go to Ria Money Exchange only 1mile away and charge .83 only! Almost the same as the bank. Don’t ever exchange your money here!

Amazingly bad exchange rate for EUR->USD. For 100 EUR I only received 78 USD, an effective rate of 0,78. I wanted to get only $10 and $5 bills for tipping (would have used an ATM otherwise) but the service person didn't understand or acknowledge my repeated request and gave me mostly $20 instead. You'd think that for the large profit they're making with the bad exchange rate and surcharge, they could pay more motivated employees. On the plus side, I had no waiting time, it took the service person only 30 seconds to scrutinize my 100 EUR bill, and I did get a receipt to remind me of the possibly worst currency exchange deal I ever made in the US. So two stars, which is actually raising the overall rating for this place.

Forgot to change my Euros before leaving Europe, thought it would be an easy stop on my way home. They wanted to give me $55usd for 70 euro. I still have my Euros.

Not a very good exchange rate. 545 euros for 800USD. If you can believe it, heathrow offered me 100 less. If you are going to santorini their airport will give you over 600
