I had the worst shopping experience at Golden Penny. The employee, Tatiana, was extremely rude she kept rolling her eyes at me and acted like I was a burden for asking simple questions. She didn’t want to help at all and just stood around while only one person handled the register, which made the line move painfully slow. Customer service matters, and this location clearly needs employees who are willing to assist shoppers instead of acting irritated or dismissive. A business shouldn’t hire people who treat customers poorly or refuse to do their jobs. I expected basic courtesy and help, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive it therefore this store gets 0 stars !

Golden Penny is a hidden treasure where you can find excellent products for the whole family and for home. I have been visiting the store for a long time, and during these time I’ve been fortunate to find Dyson, Apple Watch, beautiful furnitures, kitchenware, technology products, bedding at excellent prices. Moreover, I love coming to this store because the staff is very friendly and helpful. They always greet me with a smile and help me find what I need. The atmosphere feels very pleasant thanks to their positive attitude. Thanks Golden Penny 😊

I've seen a lot of these places out in Florida. They're called hot bins. It was cool to see that they made a version of it in Massachusetts. I went in and bought a few things. It was very cool. I'm definitely going to go back when they stock up to check out what kind of items they get. Who knows what you can find? It's like rolling the dice. Make sure you come in and press your luck. Not to mention, the staff is very nice and welcoming.

I watched Brenda’s videos and her review convinced me of taking a walk into the place. I was able to find home goods at really discounted prices. It was my first hunt at the store and definitely be back for more… thank you

I love this store!!! The staff is amazing. Some customers are helpful. Everything is worth the hunt. I’d give it 5 stars but I feel like it’s not employed friendly. 😂 some of us work until 3. By that time. Almost everything is gone. But if you have a day off! Definitely go! They have testing stations for electronics! If you have high anxiety though do not go on Friday!

I’m beyond impressed with my purchase from this store! I scored this incredible LEGO Museum set for a fraction of the retail price, and it was in perfect condition with every single piece included. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the buying process super smooth. If you’re looking for high-quality products at amazing prices, this is the place to go.
