I received a watch for my birthday that was a little too tight and needed links added. I also needed a new battery in an older watch. The jeweler was pleasant, polite and began helping me right away. He took his time and made sure the watch fit to my liking. Went to sell some old jewelry and got sooooo much more than expected. They are extremely nice and professional. If I ever need to buy or sell they are my first and only choice.
I had a very negative experience yesterday I didn't get his name but he was an older bald gentleman. I brought jewelry in to sell he preceded to put silver pieces aside and said they were not silver I told him they're marked as so and I bought believing they were he said well if they were marked tuna sandwich would you eat it ?are you flipping kidding me instead. Of first explaining there's different percentages of silver in pieces he felt the need to be rude. They lost a customer and will never recommend them. If your an owner please take a class in customer service.
I walked in expecting to trying and be hustled and walked out very much satisfied with the service i received. Top dollar for your jewelry no question. Ms. Maldonado was 100% genuine and you can see she loves what she does and its apparant their customers love them.
