I was driving through the area on a day trip and decided to stop here to browse the coins. They have some nice coins and the owner was very helpful. I ended up buying several coins in great condition and at fair prices.

First off the person who works here and the people who work here are completely miserable. They’re liars, con artists, and not a man of their word. I bought a box of Pokémon cards thinking that they were packs of cards, and the sales person knew that I thought I was buying packs of cards. He ended up selling me these boxes, which are pretty much useless. They’re just like the same set of the same thing for like playing cards like a game anyway anyways I called him to explain to him that I thought I was buying packs and he on the phone told me that he was going to swap them out for me No problem And Wood swap me with some other product. The day I went to go do that he refused to do it Lied straight to my face And one against his word, I would never buy cards from this guy ever if you feel like having a good experience and dealing with people who aren’t completely miserable

I was genuinely excited to discover this sports card shop in Gardner. As a serious hobbyist, I love supporting local stores and connecting with others who share a passion for the hobby. Unfortunately, from the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. I was treated as if I were a bother, met with scorn, and couldn’t ask a simple question without being dismissed. I was even told the owner had no time to help me—despite the store being empty. It’s disappointing, because this shop has great potential. Sadly, poor customer service and management completely overshadow it.

I’ve been in here a handful of times the past few months to buy/sell silver and have been treated very fairly by the owner Joe, his daughter, and her husband. Not sure where the negative publicity is coming from.

It's a cool place. They have lots of stuff. I came to sell some gold and silver. I saw there were a lot of bad reviews for this place and was a bit nervous coming in but I had a good experience. They were good normal people, the owner seemed a bit idiosynchratic but he also seemed like a good guy. The other people working there were really really nice and personable and even gave me coins to pay the parking meter. They apologized that the owner was a little tunnel vision at times serving this customer and that customer in no real order, but it was a plenty pleasant experience. They gave me what I would consider a very fair price on what I was selling with no haggling, first offer and I was happy to take it. If you see the negative reviews I don't know what those people experienced personally but these people strike me as good people. I will definitely be going back. If you're on the fence give them a chance.
