I can’t say enough good things about this place. I’ve been here twice, and Robin helped me both times. She was very friendly, we had great conversation, she took time to explain all details, and answer any questions that I had, and I got great value for the items that I brought in to sell.

I spent a pleasant and very informative hour with Robin at the new Arlington location. She explained the relative values of silver and gold and tested each of the jewelry items I had brought. Her explanations of the tests she used were interesting and gave me confidence in her valuations. I chose to sell some pieces and retain others. There was no pressure. I highly recommend Countryside Trading.

I went to sell some coins and jewelry and Robin was so friendly and informative. I never felt like I was being undersold for what I had and she was transparent that fine jewelry with diamonds could go for a better value online or regifted. Very knowledgeable and took time with all items. If I ever have more to sell I will definitely be back!

I had some doubles from my coin collection and some silver that i wanted to sell. I was worried because I heard that alot of these places were like pawn shops. I was so surprised, Robin is amazing! She took the time explained what she would do keep/ sell. Priced everything and let me decide what I wanted to do. I will never take the chance with someone else. 1000% happy, would definitely recommend to anyone selling any coins/ silver. If I lived in maine, I would drive down to go to her. I also found out she's on auction ninja, so cool! I can't believe I have a " go to " place for my coins and silver.

Customer service was bad. I had a valuable coin and was pushed away before I could even show them or ask about it.
