Honestly, I was a bit trepidatious. I saw the good reviews and called to get an appraisal estimate on family coins, Tim replied. He was polite and professional. He took his time to follow thru and was informative. Where we meet was not a store front but an office space, it was private but within a professional space. I have had an outstanding experience working with Tim. I like that he is more personable than any of the shops I have been in. What most impressed me was his honesty. Being no stranger to numismatics; he has passed every test in his knowledge in my book! He has a professional office space where there are receptionists working so I felt very comfortable. He cut me a check right then and there and I cashed it with no problems. I also have a friend who deals regularly with him who purchases rare coins as investments.
