I went in to have some pieces looked at to see if the stone's are authentic. The guy didn't ask where the jewelry came from this country or another country. He just looked at it and said that it's fake. I said well is it silver? Once again all he did was glance at it and said yes. Very poor customer service 😔.— Dana Day, Aug 2025
