Extremely rude. Hung up in my face as I was asking do they buy a certain product. Just told me no and hung up, didn’t give me a chance to say anything else. Unprofessional.
Very rude over the phone didn't wanna answer question just kept hollering I'm like mam don't have an attitude if you can't understand proper English so she hung up. but get this I calls back to speak to a manager tell me why the woman didn't answer the phone for like 6 straight calls back to back
Just Call to ask a questions ,whom ever answer their phone has a very nasty attitude. I’m surprise this business gets any customers.

Called today to ask if they had any headphones and this guys told me he didn’t know…? How do you answer a potential customer with “I don’t know”? Anyway, that interaction told me everything I needed to know about their business. Pathetic
