Horrible, Rushed experience. Went in for a promise ring, and was immediately greeted with a push to leave a review on their site (my first time showing up by the way). I asked about rings and it seemed like they REALLY wanted the sale and constantly said, "Oh, we can do it for this price, its really nice right?" And it was a nice ring, but now that I look at my finger I can't help but wonder if they didn't push me for a sale, that I would've came out with a better more thoughtful ring. The young man who was working behind the counter didn't even seem like he knew what he was talking about and was just there since he was related to the people who owned the place. Took a week for the ring to be re-sized. They explain that they will call you when the ring is ready. SURPRISE! I never received a call, and had to constantly check in and see if it was ready. They knew it was me walking in since they loved rolling their eyes and displaying a fake smile to cover it up. :) Security was a joke since every officer who was "guarding" the establishment was overweight and sweaty. Here's a tip, don't rush your customers, don't push your plastic leave a review sign onto us before making a purchase (just looks desperate to look good for Google Search purposes), and maybe, just maybe, actually call people when their order is ready. Please be wary of these individuals, and try to support somewhere more local.
