My husband and I bought our wedding rings from here about 2 years ago. We got the insurance and paid in full on both rings. We spent easily a few thousand dollars. I also provided my own main diamond for my ring. Recently the diamonds have begun to fall out. So far 7. When buying this ring I asked it the diamonds will fall out and they said “they shouldn’t”. Something as simple as bringing in groceries caused the 14k gold to bend a bit and diamonds began falling out. I called to have it fixed and they said the insurance doesn’t cover it. The insurance only covers the big diamond which they didn’t provide to me because I brought my own. Then they say I need to pay $500 to replace The diamonds and falling out is common. I can’t even explain my anger. Not even two years of having it. They just want more money from me and couldnt care less about the fact that they knew this would happen and told me otherwise. I’ve told all of my friends and family so they don’t shop there and I won’t be ever again either.
