Above and beyond service. Helped me and explained things to me in a way that i could understand. Mr Fad went through all my stuff and explained what it was what it was valued at and why it was valued that way . Ms Juliet at the front desk was very nice and helped make me and my wives experience even that much better. I shopped around and visited 2 other stores like this in the Baton Rouge area this same day and the offer/bid prices offered here were the best. 10/10 would recommend !!!

It has always been a wonderful experience at Gold & Silver of Louisiana! The family and staff there are always friendly, have a wealth of knowledge and very courteous! There are places closer to me that I can do business with but they can't come close to the experience that Gold & Silver of Louisiana provides!!

This is the 5-star place and the staff all receive 5-stars as well. Initially went there to sell my China (ChatGPT recommended this business specifically for the Baton Rouge area, if I wasn’t able to sell myself). However, I’d been holding onto some small silver pieces from my grandmothers estate sale that I planned to take to an antique consignment shop nearby, but ended up selling here instead, and was fairly compensated and very pleasantly surprised!!! They took excellent care of me, went the extra mile, were informative, answered my questions with ease and treated me with respect. My timing couldn’t have been better as the price of silver has gone up. I’ve lost my employment recently and the payment received for my items covered all my bills for the month of December. If you’re considering letting go of some precious pieces or are in a financial pinch I highly recommend walking in and letting them take a look before going another route. In my opinion you won’t regret it.
