I have been going here for real and fake jewelry for 15 plus years .... they sold me a pedant Saturday dec.1st. That broke 2 days later his remedy was to color a used silver yellowish clasp with a sharpy to make it black. then told me no one will see it and when I said is this really how u going to fix this for one of your loyal customers.. he then gave me the bird and yelled at me and told me security was going to have me removed from the facility ...I wish I could take a picture and post it because my necklace and pendant are black chrome Masonic pieces and he put some girl flower silversh yellowish clasp on it... MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE IN THE MALL....I WILL NEVER GO BACK AFTER BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR 15 YEARS ... TREASURES A COUPLE KEYASS OVER HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SKILLS ALWAYS WANT TO HELP ....AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO FIX MY PROBLEM FROM A WHOLE DIFFERENT STORE ... AND TREASURES PRICES AND QUAILITY ARE MUCH BETTER. MY RECOMENDATION IS NEVER GO TO THE SCAM ARTIS AT GOLD CENTER .... I was disappointed with the pricing here. The jewelry was significantly overpriced compared to its actual market value, and I felt like I was being taken advantage of rather than treated fairly.
