My fiancé and I went to this business looking on a price of gold jewelry and watches to help in saving money for our future wedding. When we walked in a man was talking small talk to a lady and it was 5 min before anyone validated us being in there business. Finally a woman came and acknowledged us asking how we can be helped. My fiancé explained to her about the gold jewelry he had. At that moment she mentioned that she did not know how to measure or calculate about Gold. Then the man we assume was the owner explained he was busy and that he was closing soon and for us to leave and come back in a very rude voice. I have been living in Slidell since I was 4 years old. I received the $5,900 check from this business. I used the LA wallet app as a form of identification. When I took the check a mile down the street to their Bank, they would not cash it, because of the LA wallets. After calling back they told me that they did not have enough cash. Instead of offering to go to the bank a mile down the street I asked him where I can cash it they hung up on me, I was hung up on, I will never do business with these people again, once a problem arose, would not even give me my metal back and I give them their check back.
