I used to come in and buy stuff here all the time but no more! Don't bring your items here to sell or pawn because they are a total waste of time and will absolutely low ball the hell out of you. Disappointed and disgusted.

I have to say, Chad's is a super place to pawn or to purchase. They are very easy to work with and they let you know through their actions that they appreciate your business. There are a lot of shifty characters in the pawn business (I suppose) but these guys are the opposite. They are very forthright and honest. I would highly recommend them to do business with.

Chad's is the only pawn shop I go to and the one on Ryan Street is ran exceptionally well. The manager Issac is knowledgeable and friendly and he provides exceptional customer service. Whether I am purchasing jewelry or guitars, it's a great experience from start to finish! Highly recommend!!!

Top-notch customer service! David, the Ryan Street store manager, and Shannon, the jeweler, are so knowledgeable and the best in the business. I ordered brand new jewelry and had a custom ring made by these two experts. Their attention to detail and their ability to see my vision was better than I ever imagined! If you are ever in need of a good TV at a great price, beautiful jewelry, outdoor gear, a new firearm and searching for great customer service, I wouldn't recommend anywhere else! I got my engagement ring and band from here!! If you go, ask for Issac and he will help you with anything you have or need!

I got a ring that my mother left me sized there and they did a great job! They even cleaned the ring for me! Everyone is always nice!
