where do i begin… MADDIE AND JESSIE MADE MY DAY!! i went to academy and was passed over by the gun clerk who chose not to service me and went to someone else— acted as tho i wasnt standing there! went to a local pawn shop and experienced the same thing this morning… left and went to Cc’s ! OUSTANDING SERVICE I PURCHASED MY GUN AND LEFT FULL OF CHEER! spoke to the owner and he apologized as did the girls for what i had gone thru! THEY DID A PHenomenal job from the moment i walked in the door until the time i left!! GREAT JOB LADIES!! i appreciate you all!!

I had called in advance to see if they would test some 1 gram gold bars for me and I was considering selling several 1/10 and 1/4 oz gold American Eagles. I even asked if they charged for testing because I was willing to pay. They said it was free and to bring it in. When I took my bars in they acted like they were extremely inconvenienced even though there was nobody else in the store and then said the 1 gram bars weren't testing as real. They were either lying or incompetent as I knew 100% that two of the bars were real. I took the bars to Chad's and they all tested real and Chad's even gave me a pretty good offer on them. Don't waste your time with this place! Poor training and poor customer service will cost you customers. I'm not sure what you were picking up on, but I just wanted another confirmation that they were real. And no, the Sigma PMV Original is not the "best testing machine in the world" and it doesn't work at all if your employees don't know how to use it. Good luck with that! I saw the PMV they used, it was the ORIGINAL. I know this because I own one and that is how I tested them. The ORIGINAL also only tests the surface which is why I called and was told you can test more than the surface. They either don't understand how to use the settings, the wand, or they are just liars! Like I said, it was a waste of my time and I won't be back. That is my review and it is 100% accurate. Don't blow smoke. I always include a "control sample" when getting someone's opinion. Trust is earned, not given.
