Terrible pricing for selling silver. Offered $30 less than spot price. Will never go back.

They were very dismissive and didn't even try to answer any questions. Assumed what we wanted and instantly began dismissing us. Then when we pushed for service it was brief and rude!!

Been buying silver and gold here for a while now. Fair prices, sometimes even cheaper than online retailers and quick service

Walked in they were very busy, thought I’d be along wait. But they worked very efficiently, Chris and the women were very friendly and helpful. Yani and Chris got me in and out very quickly, happy with the service and prices!

The woman with the long curly hair had terrible customer service. Didn't smile once. Wasn't friendly. I had a few questions and she was not helpful and was very dismissive with her responses. Was rude to her co workers. The other two man and woman working there seemed way more friendly and helpful which is the reason I'm not giving them a 1 star review. I understand people have bad days, but this woman's customer service made my experience extremely unpleasant.

Mike is great but the 2 women there definitely turned me away from coming back. I always bring my silver coins there but I wanted to wait for Mike to finish with his customers to ask a question about a couple of coins that I was going to submit to pcgs and the lady's either didn't understand or didn't care and were immediately dismissive of me so I walked out. The funny thing is I had $172.50 face value silver coins in the car to cash in after. Lay off the Adderall and coffee ladies. Mike your awesome and sorry but know I know why she was let go before

I’ve known Mike for years and he has always been wonderful to deal with, smart, fair and friendly! I’ve been dealing also with Yonary for the past few years and she is very good to work with. Causeway Coin Company is the best place to buy and sell coins in the greater New Orleans area. I tried going to some of the local Pawnshops and they gave me extremely low sale prices. One store offered me half the value of my coins and tried to convince me that I would not get anything better. I have been dealing with Causeway Coin for nearly 15 years. My drive to Metairie was well worth it for me.
